alright so i currently have a sidekick LX and a sidekick 2008. but i'm selling my sidekick LX. Well someone is willing to trade their 8gb iPhone for my sidekick LX. We both got our phones aroudn the same time (about a month apart). It's the original iPhone, not the new 3g iPhone, but that doesnt matter because T-Mobile hasn't rolled out 3G in my area yet. So the 3G speeds isnt a problem. He would have it unlocked and jailbroken for me. Is it a fair trade? Voting Question: Cracked iPhone Screen?

My aunt dropped her iPhone (the older version) and the whole top half of the screen broke. She purchased a new one. But, i found a way to make it work and you can touch the top half but if you touch the bottom half nothing happens. Open Question: I think my friend stole my sister's itouch...?

Hey, I'm sort of in a difficult to figure out situation here. About a month ago my sister was home from college and my mom found her ipod touch on the floor when they were out so she put it on the sofa in the living room where someone would easily find it. So far, so good. I was asleep when my pal stopped by so while i quickly got ready he was waiting in the living room possibly with no one else in the room. Still, nothing going wrong. We hang out, I receive back, and now it's time for my sister to go back to college. only now her ipod is missing. we looked literally everywhere in the room for it short of ripping open the sofa cushions but we still couldn't find it. I had a tiny feeling my pal took it, but I brushed it off because there was no real reason to believe it. Now, a week or two later, I'm on a camping trip with him and guess what he now has... an ipod touch. I asked him where he got it and he said his pal that got an iphone traded him it for his three other ipods. I know that most likely he didn't take it from us but I still can't shake the feeling that it was just too much of a coincidence or something. I also know that I have no proof. my sister got her ipod touch for free with her imac so it's not exactly like she took a financial loss from this, but if he stole it it's still stealing. Is there a way for me to prove that the ipod is hers (If it even is)? Should I even be suspecting him? and frankly, what should I do?

I was every about blackberry until the iphone came out then i got the 3G but i'm excited to go back to blackberry next week, is anyone else giving up their 120 dollar a month iphone 3G? I dropped my Iphone 3G several times, down stairs and on concrete coming out of a club, i saw a video on youtube that someone dropped it in their serial, so it is truly a great phone but now that the Storm is as good or almost as good i can give it up. At&T priced the plan to high i paid $120 a month for 900 min and unlimited data and text. no picture or video messaging. with verizon i'm going to pay about $80 for every of that and more with a similar in quality phone

Voting Question: Is there an extra monthly cost to go along with the Samsung Instinct on Sprint?

My dad might be trading me his phone, which is a Samsung Instinct for Sprint. I've been researching it and so far I haven't found anything that tells me we have to pay an extra cost (my parents will NOT go for that) but I was wondering if it had any... My pal said she almost got that phone, but it was too much and her parents wouldn't pay the monthly fee. We have a Sprint Family Plan, by the way. I'm figuring, if there is one, that the monthly extra fee would be for the applications; just like the iPhone has additional costs. Does anyone know if there is a monthly fee? Mmk. So I've torn quite a bit of hair but I can finally calmly state that I've lost my iPhone 3G. I know exactly where I left it but I was in a rush, and yeah anyway I'm pretty upset. Now there is still a chance I'll receive it back, but if I don't AT&T wants me to pay retail on a new phone (new iPhone or not) and after losing a $300 phone the last thing I want to do is fork over more money.
